A reporter from our local newspaper is scheduled to interview me next week about my books, what got me into writing at such a late stage in life, where the ideas for my books and stories came from, why such a large variety of genres, how I managed to write so many so quickly, etc. I look forward to the adventure and opportunity.

Hi, Anika. I’ve been interviewed a few times before over a variety of topics (usually related to my profession) but never relating to books or as a writer. So, this is a first that I’m looking forward to experiencing.
I hope the reporter lobs her questions at me. I can see her article now: “Local reporter exposes man of claiming to be an author. Obvious fraud. No real talent. Man is arrested during interview and hauled away in cuffs.” ;-D!

This has me chuckling away Russ! At least you’d make the front page this way! I started off as a journalist and they’ll be happy to get some great quotes from you, personal stories /anecdotes and if possible I’d advise to have a type of press release ready with all the info regarding availiblity of book,price, launch events. Not that I ever got anything wrong mind but it does happen. Cheers, Annika
