I’ve just decided to publish a book of poetry for young children titled:
Where a Hippo Flies
Poetry for those See the World through Young Eyes
It will include several of my rhyming story poems and perhaps two or three illustrations for each for young readers and those who see the world through young eyes.
It is my intention to help introduce younger hearts and minds to poetry, perhaps for the first time, and to make it a fun and memorable experience.
Another adventure begins.

Thank you, Colleen. I’m normally working on multiple projects. Some just grab my attention more than others at a given moment. Right now, in addition to the two books I mentioned, I’m working on two songs, and another children’s book.

It’s amazing. I work all day at my ‘job’ and then can’t wait to come home and ‘work’ on mine. But it doesn’t feel like work. 🙂
I feel the same way, Colleen. It feels much more like play than work most of the time.
