I watched the short video linked below and and was deeply touched. CASA is a wonderful organization and service. The song was written by a dear friend, Denis Loiseau. I’ve co-written several songs with him. He is the “CASA Volunteer” in the video. Mike Lounibos is the singer and “Bus Driver”. Mike, Denis, and I co-wrote a song together a while back.
This song (which I had no part in creating) touched me deeply and warmed my heart. I invite you to take a mental break to enjoy and allow yourself to be touched by this song, video, and message.
I dream of writing such a song some day.
Russ

Thank you, Bill. It’s always good to hear from you. Everything is fine. My plate runneth over with blessings. I’m working on several projects for which I have a burn. I all all is well with you.

I wish safe travels for you.
you are right, it is very touching, russ –
It was a great way for me to wash out my eyes so I could more clearly see the beauty in the world.
Yes I like it too
I’m glad to hear it, Joanne.
Touching and inspiring video. ❤ ❤
I appreciate your feedback and am glad you too were touched and inspired by it.
Beautiful Russ!!!! ❤
I agree. It’s beautiful indeed. Thank you for commenting.
Having seen two distinct instances of children that didn’t have parents who could fulfill their parental obligation, I could always see the light in their eyes…despite their own personal hardship. I think the title and the words are very fitting and it is wonderful to see people who take on this responsibility of helping those who can’t help themselves through no fault of their own. And if Mike actually did become the advocate, I say Kudos to him! Very moving indeed, thanks!
Thank you for your insights and comments, Mrs. P. People who help children in this way are special indeed.
I have saved the post to be able to watch it later Russ… our internet is atrocious at the mo…
