  Yup! I very rarely listen to or read “the news” from traditional channels. On average their news stories are far too negative (and often politically motivated and slanted) for me. I focus on the positive by investing time to read and follow upbeat blogs and other sites. They are far more likely to inspire me to continue making positive changes than reading or listening to all the negative news about all the bad things happening in the world.
