As many if you know, Clyde was my first children’s book character and has been quite popular in his own right, but he ended up in Wilbur’s shadow as the upside-down duck flew onto the scene. I’m delighted to announce that Clyde is back in the spotlight in a big way today. Hicklebee’s, the iconic children’s book store in Willow Glen, California, just advised me that they’d like to feature autographed copies of both Clyde and I (my first children’s book) and Clyde and I Help a Hippo to Fly in their store starting this Friday February 23! Move over in your ballon basket, Avianna, I’m flying with you!
It’s a ninety day trial period. They’ll stay if they sell. Fair enough! Hopefully they’ll sell so well that more of my titles will be featured in the store. You can help! If you love my books and would like Hicklebee’s to keep carrying them, I’d greatly appreciate if you’d buy one of more of my autographed books from that store, and please let them know if there are others of my titles you’d buy from them if only they carried them.
