Peering Through the Magic Portal

Our grandson Thomas peers through the magic portal between past and future as he peeks through the hole where the knob will go on the door that separates the old and still-under-construction new portions of our home.

The “scrapers” have added the first coat of stucco to the exterior, and the painter begins work on on the entire house, new and old, interior and exterior, on Wednesday. Next come granite counters for the new Master Bath and indoor laundry room (the tile is already installed in both rooms), the electricians to install the new fixtures, and then the final inspection. Our sixteen-month marathon is nearing an end.

With love,

Russ
