Dedication

I thought some of you might be interested in reading to whom I dedicated A Day in the Shade of a A Tickletoe Tree:

To Claremary P. Sweeney, Pamela Beckford, Ute Lark, Beth Kennedy, and Pamela Read, each of whom made this book better by volunteering their time and talent to review a draft of this book and provide insights, suggestions, and other feedback.

Thank you!

With love,

Russ

About russtowne

I'm awed by the beauty of nature and the power of love and gratitude. Some of my favorite sensory experiences include waves crashing on rocky shores, waterways in ancient redwood and fern-filled forests, and rain. My wife and I have been married since 1979. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders. I'm a published author of approximately 60 books in a variety of genres for grownups and children.

      • I’ve been thinking of you this week and hoping all is well. Now that summer is here, marketing is revving up and things are getting busy. Are you busy, too?

        • russtowne says:

I’m glad things are revving up for you! Yes, on the investment management front a couple of Clients have had some major life events occur and they’re about to send a lot more money for me to mange, so I’m continuing to look for intelligent places to put it in this generally overpriced market. I’ve recently released two books and am about to release another within a week or so, and I’ve recently begun actively promoting nearly all of my books via third parties for the first time. It is quite an interesting learning adventure. I’m gathering data and plan to share the results on some of my blogs when the sample sizes are a bit bigger.
