Waxing Poetic

I’ve been on a poetic roll these last few days. If you’d like to experience my poetry, please check out my blog devoted to it at http://agratefulmanspoetry.com.

A Grateful Man’s Poetry

The titles of some of my recent creations include:

“A Million Miles From Anywhere” (Genesis: The phrase “A million miles from anywhere” popped into my head this morning. I liked the sound and imagery of it and this poem quickly wrote itself. I’m blessed that it let me go along for the ride and that what it depicts is far from my reality.)

“Eternity”

“Role of a Lifetime”

“You”

With Love,

Russ

We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders. I'm a published author of approximately 60 books in a variety of genres for grownups and children.

    Dear Russ,
    I read all the poems by you;
    cried a little, sighed a little, but was ultimately touched, heart and mind by you.
    Love it
