So, I Was Just Sitting Here

I saw this photo and cracked up. May it brighten dark days and bring smiles to faces too long in need of one.

I'm awed by the beauty of nature and the power of love and gratitude. Some of my favorite sensory experiences include waves crashing on rocky shores, waterways in ancient redwood and fern-filled forests, and rain. My wife and I have been married since 1979. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders. I'm a published author of approximately 60 books in a variety of genres for grownups and children.

  1. Yeah dogs are like that

  2. Saw this earlier, but love it so many we need to be low key as I don’t throughout the nee, anyway. So, only I can remember. πŸ™‚

    so,

Sorry, I don’t understand part of your message: I don’t throughout the nee, anyway.

      • Guess what. I have no idea either. My hands have been giving me grief lately. I must check what I type before I hit s.e.n.d. My apologies.
I have a cat like this dog…and he better shape up or he’s shipping out. πŸ™‚

No apologies necessary. I too often send similar messages, partly from being in a hurry, partly from not re-reading the message before I push “send”, and with a big heap of automatic “Spell-check” and other technical “help” that sometimes proves to be most UN-helpful. Good luck with your cat. We have a dog that used to eat furniture but she finally outgrew that bad habit. She’d eat the fabric and wood right down to whatever metal was in the couch or love seat.

          • Ouch. Thank goodness the dog finally settled down. I hope this new second cat (rescue 4 months ago) behaves. He was so good in the beginning and is now settling in, it seems. Figures he has it made. πŸ˜€
