Here are the cover photos I hope to use for my non-fiction books being released late this month “From the Heart of a Grateful Man” and early in December “Reflections of a Grateful Man”. They were taken by a dear friend named John Lasersohn.
I believe the photos capture my spirit and the spirit of these books extremely well, and two of my favorite types of places in nature.
Such peaceful places make me feel at home, as they nurture, refresh, inspire, and re-connect me to the best parts of my self and the world.
It is my hope that these books will do for others what such places do for me.

I’m with you…Water…Redwoods and the smell of the forest…I am at home. The bottom one reminds me of Saratoga Springs area…are they local pictures?
I too feel so at home when I’m at such places. I believe they were both taken at or near Berry Creek Falls along California’s Lost Coast.

They are indeed beautiful photos Russ….You haven’t asked for any feedback so I’m a bit hesitant to offer…but that’s never stopped me right… Just wondering if somehow their could be a reflection of you (or a man in general) in the water …for your book entitled Reflections of a Grateful Man… Again….the photos are beautiful as they are… it just was a passing thought…Diane
