It is amazing what people can do when they want!
Yes. I believe most people want to be kind, compassionate and loving. It is just easy to get distracted by alarm clocks, commute traffic, etc, and I think people tend to forget. That is one of many reasons that I love to post things that I know will help people to stay connected to their hear and spirit.
