Full-Color Sketchiness and Poetic Silly Ideas

If you haven’t checked out my other blogs lately you’ve missed out on a lot of full-color sketchiness and poetic silly ideas.

At A Grateful Man’s Poetry http:agratefulmanspoetry.com I’ve shared two brand new poems.

At Clyde and Friends http://clydeandfriends.com I’ve shared a sneak preview of my silly thought process as I develop a brand new children’s story and how I ended up with a frog named Todd and a toad named Fred. The frog and Fred are friends and Toad and the Toad rode the bull. Why not come along for the ride?

At Rusty Bear at http://rustybear.me I share more full-color sketches and the applicable text from my latest children’s book “Rusty Bear and Thomas, Too” scheduled for release at the end of next month. Come join the adventure!

With Love,

Russ

I’m looking forward to meeting Todd & Fred. When will that book be on Amazon? I just ordered a copy of each of your other two – so I can give one to my grand-nephew for Christmas and the other to him for his January birthday when he turns seven. He’s starting to unlock the world of print – and this will encourage him, I will sure. Your books are delightful, Russ. I love your zany sense of humor – and I am convinced Liam will love it, too! šŸ™‚

Your post brought a smile to my heart, Jan. Thank you for your kind comments and for buying my books. The names Todd and Fred were already in use by others, so I’ve used different names for the characters I had in mind.

My fourth book, The Duck Who Flew Upside Down, was released last Friday.

Here is the title and scheduled release dates for my next three books:

Clyde and Hoozy Whatzadingle January 31, 2014

Zach and Backer, the Toad Who Road a Bull April 30, 2014

Alex and Mean Old Grumbly Grumpadinkle July 31,2014

      Big hugs,
      Russ
