Winter Bloom

IMG_2843

I looked up from keyboard on our dining room table (yet another temporary work area as the construction continues) to see this exquisite winter bloom. It put a smile on my face as I experienced its delicate multi-faceted beauty against the rough weathered monotone boards, old storage shed with its rusty corrugated roof, and construction equipment in the background.

With Love,

Some of my favorite sensory experiences include waves crashing on rocky shores, waterways in ancient redwood and fern-filled forests, and rain. My wife and I have been married since 1979. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders.
