I’ll pay the sales tax and for shipping and handling, and will write a note to the recipient if you’d like. Please be aware that it could take four to six weeks to arrive due to the printer turnaround time, shipping time to me and then to you, so if you want it faster and are willing to forgo the signature and note, I recommend you buy it directly from Amazon or directly from stores that carry it.
A softcover version will be available in a couple of months, eventually followed by an Book version.

I LOVE your cover, Russ. Great job done by the illustrator. It looks like the horse in the ‘fairy tale’ story I used to make up for my daughter every night before she went to bed.
