Today’s Quote

My fears are still there. Perhaps I’ll never lose them. I just face them and create anyway.

  1. I’m with you, Russ. Facing the fears and creating anyway. I find this quote inspiring and very human:

“I’ve been absolutely terrified every moment of my life – and I’ve never let it keep me from doing a single thing I wanted to do.”
    Georgia O’Keeffe

Kudos to Georgia O’Keeffe! I’ve let fear keep me from doing many things I’ve wanted to do throughout my life. Or perhaps I just just didn’t want to do those things badly enough, though that sounds a bit like “sour grapes” rationalizing to me. In more recent years, as my time remaining on this earthly plane continues to shrink, I have grown, and have won my fight with fear far more often than it has conquered me.
