Sir Alex Sleighs a Dragon

IMG_1580

My likely next book project is tentatively titled, Sir Alex Sleighs a Dragon (It will include a sleigh in the cover illustration so readers will know I’ve not accidentally misspelled “Slay.”)

This story features a young boy who faces his fears as he attempts to save everyone by making a mean and scary dragon go away.

I plan to dedicate Sir Alex Sleighs a Dragon to my grandson Alex who loves dragons, among other fierce creatures. It’s taken me over two years to come up with a story that I believe would do Alex justice, but I believe I’ve finally found it. Alex is the handsome young man on the right. One of my earlier books, Zach and the Toad Who Rode a Bull, was dedicated to Alex’s twin brother Zach (on the left in the photo.)

With Love,

Russ
