A Quick Request

We’re getting down to the wire on the three anthologies. So far, about 35 writers are participating with about 116 of their/our selected written creations.

I’ve had so much fun with these projects, and the quality and quantity of the creations have been so wonderful, that I’m considering compiling a second poetry anthology. I’ll probably begin a list of additional poems I love once the last of the 104 slots in Heart Whispers are filled so we’ll be off to a running start if I decide to go for it.

I mention all this because I’m toying with some possible titles for the second poetry collection and could use your help in selecting the best one to use. Four I have in mind all refer to something I often say to creative people when I experience their work:

“Thank you for sharing glimpses of your heart and spirit with me and the world.”

One is related to various sayings with a similar theme. I’ve adopted a version as a personal mantra and motto:

“Time spent doing anything without love is wasted.” (It is why I sign off “With Love” in my posts.)

Two other options combines the two ideas.

If you’d be so kind, please tell me which of the following you like best, or, if you don’t like any of them, please let me know.

Glimpses of Us

Glimpses of What’s Inside

Glimpses Inside

Glimpses

With Love

Glimpses of Love

Glimpses of Our Hearts

None of the Above

Perhaps with so many options you could mention favorite and least favorite ones. Thank you for your support.

With Love,
Russ

  1. I like the third one. To be honest, they are all good.

  2. Russ – You’ve gone beyond all expectations in assisting all writers, including myself, in getting their work out there. I have no idea how you keep track of everything, but you do a masterful job. From the title choices above, I’ve taken a lead from what you’ve suggested and changed it just a bit, but then I’m a romantic when it comes to poetry. I’d always pick up a book titled, “Glimpses Of Our Hearts.” However, all of your suggestions are excellent.

  3. Glimpses of Love yep that’s the one

Russ you’re amazing! I like “Glimpses” but I know that whichever one you decide upon will be perfect!! One day I hope to be able to participate!

  5. InfiniteZip says:

What about a glimpse of a soulful heart? I find glimpses plural a bit awkward, singular I love;) as I’ve enjoyed a glimpse of our future in heart whispered words:)

  6. I like simply ‘Glimpses’…. Diane

Glimpses of What’s Inside… reckon this is pretty good… but then they all are,,,

  8. Glimpses of Us ~ Glimpses of Love ~ Glimpses of Our Hearts
are my 3 favs. You will know which one is best. Go with your intuition dear Russ. I am sorry I didn’t make your deadline of 5/31. But I will try again if you do it next time. xo

  9. Russ, I’d go with Glimpses or Glimpses of Moments
