Some of my favorite sensory experiences include waves crashing on rocky shores, waterways in ancient redwood and fern-filled forests, and rain. My wife and I have been married since 1979. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders. I'm a published author of approximately 60 books in a variety of genres for grownups and children.

I will so love to do something nice for a stranger…thanks for sharing this.

  2. I like doing things for people, those I know and those I don’t

  3. I love the “new tires” story–awesome. And the Hokey Pokey clinic beings back a wave of memories–used to do that dance with my granny…. 🙂 thx Russ!

Hi, Lori. I’d love to see a photo of you and your granny doing that dance! The thought brings a big smile to my face. I’ll bet it would be an adorable scene.

The cool thing is that we all can. Something as easy as paying the toll of the car behind you to putting a coin in a an expired parking meter for someone else’s car can brighten the day of everyone involved. May you always feel welcome at my on-line home.
