Not-So-Troubling Blessings

“Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.” Unknown (Source: Let’s Be Positive Together)

I’m a firm believer in the wisdom of the above words, as I have found them to be true in my life.

Love,

  1. I’m really embracing gratitude at the moment – I think it makes all the difference. I’m keeping a daily gratitude journal, and trying to see opportunities to be grateful in all circumstances and situations.

As I read just this morning: “Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance”.

  3. Sometimes in the midst of challenges it’s hard to remember this truism, so it’s good to be reminded. Thanks, Russ!

It’s good to be back and to access your wise posts, Russ. Sometimes when we are in the midst of challenges, it’s hard to remember this advice, so thanks for the reminder! Bless you! I, too, keep a “Thankfulness Journal” and to record at least one thing each day for which I am grateful. I need to remember to thank God for the hardships as well as the joys – – – and remember that challenges also can be blessings. Hugs to you!

  5. me too Russ, it’s all how you look at things!
