It’s a Small World After All

It’s a small world after all. Perhaps it’s a little too small for Chris Burd. It turns out that when he was a kid he sat on the lap of a Santa at a shopping mall that 15 years later turned out to be his brand new father-in-law.

Here are a couple of clips from the article with the URL below:

“The coincidence was too funny not to share with their friends, so the couple decided to display Chris’s 1998 Santa photo on his father-in-law’s lap, alongside Liz’s 1998 Santa photo on her dad’s lap, in a prominent spot at their Sept. 1 wedding.”

The father-in-law joked that he “…remembered a little boy asking for a beautiful wife,” Chris joked. “People were amazed how messed up it was. My groomsman said he was so creeped out by it, but thought it was hilarious. He said it was fate. I had no choice but to marry that girl.”

Yup. There are a lot of them out there and I love hearing about every one.

One of my greatest wishes is for everyone who’d like to be in a loving and healthy relationship and isn’t currently in one that they find their soul mate and spend the rest of their lives together making each other and themselves happy.
