About russtowne
I'm awed by the beauty of nature and the power of love and gratitude. Some of my favorite sensory experiences include waves crashing on rocky shores, waterways in ancient redwood and fern-filled forests, and rain. My wife and I have been married since 1979. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders. I'm a published author of approximately 60 books in a variety of genres for grownups and children.
back at ya!
Thank you, Diana!

so why do we dwell on those who do not lift us up? I will have to use this as my new mantra and ignore all the petty bad stuff.
That sounds like a GREAT plan to me!

I agree with you both! 🙂
Word!
OK, my young friend, I’ll bite. What does “Word!” mean in old-person-speak? I hear young people using it and I think it means something along the lines of “I agree” but even if so, I don’t know how “Word!” became short-hand for “I agree”. Please enlighten me young wise one!
Russ
I agree 100%
Thank you for your comment.
