The Mighty Ocean in the Drop

You are not just the drop in the ocean.
You are the mighty ocean in the drop.

I'm awed by the beauty of nature and the power of love and gratitude. Some of my favorite sensory experiences include waves crashing on rocky shores, waterways in ancient redwood and fern-filled forests, and rain. My wife and I have been married since 1979. We have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. I manage a wealth management firm that I founded in 2003. My Beloved is a Special Education teacher for Kindergartners and First Graders. I'm a published author of approximately 60 books in a variety of genres for grownups and children.

I like this quote. Often I feel like I am less of a drop, more like mist in the ocean of life. Thanks for reminding me that we are all so much more than that. 🙂

It is the kiss of mist on redwood trees that helps them to thrive and grow, sometimes for thousands of years. My eyes often mist with joy during the most wonderful, touching, loving, moments of my life. The ocean mist refreshes and invigorates me, and adds beauty to some of my favorite places on the planet.

I highly value the ways that mist enhances my life–and that includes the ways that you have begun to improve mine simply by being in it.

      Thank you!

All I did was speak the truth. What you are experiencing is the beautiful reflection of your own spirit! Wonderful isn’t it? That’s what I get to experience when we connect. Thank YOU!
