My Journey to Becoming My Mother
I really like this one Russ – thanks for sharing it!
Thank you for your feedback, Diana. It is always good to hear from you.
I have nominated you for The Silver Quill Blogger Award….:)
What a kind, thoughtful, and generous thing for you to do. Thank you, camsgranny!
Russ
I love this!
I’m glad it resonated with you, too, Andrea!
sage advice, honesty works in relationships.
Absolutely, uh, usually. Unless it involves being honest when someone asks, “Does this dress make me look fat?” or telling a spouse that your mom cooks better than she does.
;-D!
And no, I didn’t, but I came close when I was younger and dumber and newly married. I said a dish My Beloved cooked tasted different than my mother’s. I’m surprised I survived the experience. My beloved wisely did what it took to make sure her silly husband never, ever, said anything like that again. ;-D!
yes, there times honesty and stupidity are synonyms.
LOL! That “stupidity” word sure gets around ‘cuz there are also times when it is synonymous with courage and persistence. I could probably come up with more, but my grandson just arrived, so I’m headed off-line for some grandson fun.
Love it!! So true!
Me too and I agree!
Something to keep in mind. Makes a lot of sense.
Yup!
Simple but says it all, doesn’t it?
I think so. Thank you for your comment.
So very true…
Yes. It sounds like that Will Smith guy may know a thing or two about life. ;-D!
